4. Technology and Procedures
4.1 Proprietary of Technology
The technology patent rights belong to us and include deep delignification of soda activator cooking, pulping, washing, screening, TCF bleaching, beating, adding chemical aids and papermaking.
4.2 Production Size
The output of TCF bleached paper is 200’000 tons per year.
4.3 Production and Process

4.4 Main Equipment
1. Continous digester: height: 50 m, one set to be imported. Price: 500 million yuan.
2. 4400 type Fourdrinier, made by Shanghai Papermaking Machinery factory, three, set price amount to 380 million yuan
3. 4 press twin wire press masters, high consistency mixer, bleaching tower, made by Jining, Shandong, 2 set of every kind: 200 million yuan.
4. The factory building of cooking, bleaching, papermaking workshop and auxiliary equipment, electrical equipment, pipelines, which are 600 million yuan.
5. Soda recovery and the facilities for environmental protection are 300 million yuan.
6. Thermal power station, joint set-up with city district, county, the investment parts of paper mill are 570 million yuan. Total investment is 2.55 billion yuan.
4.5 Supply of Raw Materials
The supply of raw materials of whole hemp stem will be realized by the order form of agriculture. The stems of hemp plants will be harvested, cut and compressed to bales by farming machines, and transported to the paper mill.
4.6 Environmental Protection
The project will produce bleached paper without use of chlorine, using hemp as raw material. It will use hydrogen peroxide as a bleaching agent, activated by an activator, and as a result the pollution problem of dioxins will be solved at the base. Cooking of the black liquor, waste water of the middle stage and machine white water were treated by the Kaiyuan paper mill, and were confirmed to be an effective way. The reasons for selecting this technology is that it was investigated by the Liaohe River Control Office of Liaoning Province and Liaoning working group of paper waste water. The new technology belongs to the Liaoning Research Institute of Environmental Protection and the Fujan Century Company.
