USA - Jacksonville Hempfest
The Sixth Annual Jacksonville Hempfest will take place on May 31, 2003 at the Seawalk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach. The next installment of this high-lite of the beaches season will feature the best in live music, hemp goods, educational events, raffles, and ways for locals and others to get involved in making a change to the laws regarding the use of cannabis.
