POLAND’S MOST WANTED…
Artur Radosz a well known Polish activist working towards the legalisation of marijuana was sentenced to prison after trying to cross the Polish Eastern border in possession of drugs. His sentence – over a month in jail in Biala Podlaska.
After nearly a month of a hunger strike, expressing a protest against police actions towards drug-users, Artur Radosz had to break his starvation due to poor health not allowing him to continue.
However, now free, Artur Radosz has wasted no time and is using this publicity to continue the battle to lower the penalties for the possession and usage of Cannibis Indica. He is in the process of writing appeals through the parliamentary commision of the Minister of Justice in order to renew the legislation and alter the Act of Law on Counteracting Drug Addiction in Poland.
